As part of our England Football Accreditation we are to ensure that each team has a coach that holds an FA Safeguarding Children certificate, an FA first Aid Certificate, is DBS checked and has completed a first level coaching course. As a club we want to take that further and ensure that all of our pitch side volunteers hold all of these as a minimum. To help the club achieve this Burgess Hill Town Council has pledged to reimburse the club for everyone that completes one of these courses this season up to a maximum of £1000. This is a hugely generous grant from the Town Council and we encourage all volunteers to take the opportunity whilst we have it. Thank you BHTC from all of us at MPW.
